What to Look For

Pay the most attention to your highest and lowest results. For example, if you have an Influencing result above 80%, look for a work environment that provides plenty of social interaction. Or, if your Compliance result is below 20%, you will likely become frustrated and drained if your work requires you to keep track of details (even if you handle details well).

Middle Results
If your DISC results are all near 50% (ALL scores between 40% and 60%), you are considered a “Bridge”. Bridges can adapt to a variety of environments without feeling stressed. After reading about all the “highs and lows” you may feel uncertain about your behavioral style since none of your results stand out. Don’t worry, this means you have a wide range of options when it comes to major and career choices.

All 4 DISC Results Below or Above 50
If all four scores are above 50% or below 50%, you were likely feeling pressure to “be a particular way” when answering the IndigoPathway survey questions. Consider retaking the survey when you feel calm and relaxed.
