IndigoPathway Coaching Certification Course – Level 1

Earn your level 1 IndigoPathway certification to use Pathway to coach others, including DISC, Motivators, and beginning career exploration.

Welcome to the IndigoPathway Level 1 Certification Course for coaches! This course is designed specifically for individuals who want to guide others in their career journeys using the IndigoPathway tool. Through this program, you will develop an understanding of key IndigoPathway elements, such as DISC behaviors, Motivators, and early career exploration techniques, and how to apply them in your coaching.

This course is a three-part video workshop series plus “in-between” activities that will help you use the IndigoPathway career survey and resources with people in job transition.

Take the IndigoPathway Survey Now. If you haven’t taken the IndigoPathway survey yet, please do so now at IndigoPathway.com or at the custom link your organization provided for you. You’ll need those results to complete the course.

It is also recommended to take the Pathway to Self-Awareness course before beginning this one. That course will provide an introduction to the main components of IndigoPathway, an opportunity to expand your own self-awareness, and a way to experience what a job-seeker using the IndigoPathway tool will gain.
